it's the end of the world as I know it

Last night I got super fancy, put on my favorite earrings, and went out for a night on the town. Three hours later when I made it home, I took off my heels, pulled my hair back to wash my face, and took off my earrings. To my shock and disbelief, this is what they looked like:



The bottom must have come off somewhere throughout the night. I realize how superficial I'm being, but they were my favorite earrings! They are from Anthropologie, and I just adore(d) them. I guarantee all of you who know me saw me wear them thousands of times. If anyone sees the missing flower part, or another pair somewhere (anywhere!) please let me know so I can attempt to resurrect my darlings.
